Yes, we teach in English. We’re very happy that you found us and look forward to guiding you on your Pilates journey. If you’re a complete beginner, please select the 30-minute solo sessions in our booking system (Eversports). These are 30 minutes long and take place one-on-one.

Please note: participation in our group classes is not possible without prior experience and without knowledge of German. We do not use automated payment methods. When booking via Eversports, please select “Pay later / Pay on site”. With your booking confirmation, you will receive our IBAN for the bank transfer.

The session must be paid before it begins. If the time frame is to short, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.


What to bring – and what to know:

Please bring: non-slip socks, pants without zippers, a thin towel (approx. 80x180 cm) for your mat, the completed health questionnaire, and a small drink.

Important information:
This course is not suitable for pregnant participants or those experiencing acute pain. If you’re unsure whether participation is appropriate, please consult your doctor or physiotherapist beforehand.
We are not a therapy program, but everyday movement training for healthy individuals.

Course organization:
If you miss a session (e.g., due to illness), you can make it up later. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp, and we’ll arrange an alternative date together.
However, if you already know you’ll miss more than two sessions, participation is not recommended.

On site:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts, as we’re not on site all day.
Use the bike racks along the street – the ones in the courtyard are reserved for residents.
